Old Broken Kitchen unit

We bought kitchen units last year February at Bears, Silverton Branch and ever since then I have a problem, firstly we were sold the kicten unit that was on display. My kitchen unit was replaced before but it broke again. I reported it more then once even went to the store to report it all through the year but nothing happened. I went back to the store yesterday (Friday 15th Nov 2024) they said there is nothing they can do, even the driver confessed from the beginning they gave me units that was on the floor in store. I am highly disappointed in the poor customer service as well as the dishonesty and that after numerous complaints, I was told that they cannot do anything about the poor condition my cupboards are in.
