Non delivery of couches bought on cash

I bought couches at bears on the 24 of November...till today they haven't delivered the couch I have bought them cash and paid even the delivery they don't even call me to explain the delay I have to go ask and still they say they will bring the couches ,from 24 till today 29 November nothing has been delivered
