no stock on lay-bye good. unbelievable!!!

I am very unhappy with the service my sister received from bears Klerksdorp, she was assisted by a lady by the name of Lebo. my sister put a lay-bye on a Russel Hobbs microwave , she had already paid R1300, on the 27/09/2017 she went to the store to pay the remaining balance and get the microwave. upon arrival she was told that they are out of stock. I find this very unprofessional for a store of this magnitude. to my knowledge when you lay-bye goods the store has to keep your item for you until you are ready to release it.

they cannot even refund the amount that was paid because the manager claims that there store did not have enough money to pay back the refund. apparently they only had R750 available and they will refund the money as soon as they get payment from another customer, what nonsense is that! I suggest they can proper training because their customer service is lacking.
