no statement, wrong outstanding on account

I call Beares Vereeniging about my account balance and i speak to Rassel store manager and he promised me he call me back on the same day and i wait 5 months now and still hear nothing! Every day i get a massage from Afican bank i owe them R16600 that is unpossible! Please,give me the write amount!!!
