NO SERVICE RECEIVED

It is with utter disappointment and disgust that resorting to report Beares Upington.My aunt bought a television set from them,of which was never used as it was out of order upon receive.She returned it and asked to exchange it for a washing machine instead,as the television set was paid in full.She was advised to produce proof of full payment and the original contract.She did that and was told to wait for feedback as the area manager was contacted.For the past three weeks she was sent from pillar to post,with no feedback.This morning upon entering the store,she was told to wait as the staff was busy attending to stock.after she waited a while,she was told she waited too long to follow up and that she should rather get a quotation to fix the television.No word was received from the area manager Piet as they couldn't reach him.Please provide a suitable solution as things have gone too far!
