No delivery and poor service

We bought furniture on account in November 2015 and the Germistown shop promise that stuff will be delived within a week in Cape Town but it was never so, they took a month to deliver a bad without tv and they say for tv they waiting for currier . We waited for tv from November until January.when calling the shops they tell us different stories and I must say that cape manager by the name of Mohammed hes very rude, he told us he was doing us a favour by delivering the stuff as the sales where made in Germistown not in his shop. They finally delivered the Tv after waiting for after 3 month without cables nothing, it is just a tv with a stand nothing else we cant even switch it on and off . Theres no cables no plug, when we contact the shop the manager by the name of mohamed suggest that we buy the cables from our side theres nothing he can do. We also contacted Germistown manager he promise to getback to us until today. Im so disappointed and disrespected by both managers. How can they deliver a tv without cables and suggest that we must buy those cable and they are expecting our payment . Wish Bears head office can escalate this matter, im so disappointed <br> <br>
