No customer care, I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy anything at Beares
We bought our cupboard CASH on the 17th of December 2021 at Beares in Tsolo. After 1000 follow ups we received it in February 2022. However the drawers were broken, We have been following up with no results. We are still waiting even today and what is annoying is that we have to call the store, if we do not call there is no update. Is this how Beares treats their9 customers??

28 Apr 2022, 15:46This matter is not sorted. On the 26th April 2022, the delivery was made however the cupboard is still missing doors. This just shows that the stores does not do quality checks. This thing has been going on since this December 2021. We going on the 5th month now. This is unacceptable. Maybe is it because we are black customers?? Would you treat the other race the same way you doing to us now??
