never do business with bears

Me and my husband opened an account with Bears in West Street Kempton Park. we paid our deposit and our furniture was delivered. We paid our account every month on time with out problems. About two months before our wedding we paid a Hugh amount on our account to bring it down faster. after our wedding we went and bought some other stuff from them. we where informed that we short R2000 as a deposit but if we want they can transfer R2000 from our first account as we have a big amount over that we paid. we agreed. I fell ill last week and my medical expenses went through the roof. so I only made a deposit into the second account as I knew there was more then enough funds in my first account to cover the instalment. on Friday I get a call from the branch who tells me I am in arrears with the first account. they went and transferred the whole of that credit into my second account and not R2000 as agreed on. then they have the edacity to tell me its not their problem and I better pay my account when I told them that the made die mistake not me so they better fix it. this Liz lady does not even give you a chance to speak. she just screams at you. never again will I buy from bears again
