My washing machine broken in the first month.

I went to Bears Van der Walt Pretoria and I bought a washing machine there and was helped by sales person Lucky. I bought kalvinator washing machine. After a a few weeks of purchase after one wash the machines filter was broken. I went to the shop and told Lucky first the sales person and he assured me they will send someone. Weeks went by nothing happened,then their branch manager called to tell me abt the specials and I also explained my problem to him he also assured me he will send someone to check on the machine and I should have talked to him not Lucky. Then a month went by nothing happened I went n paid my first instalment and then after few weeks of the first month I went again and I got the Ass branch manager Amanda,she assured me she will assist me and I should have came to her at first nt those 2 because they never help (Lucky n branch mgr). She assured me she will tell the guy who is in charge of maintenance and they will find the part if not they will replace the machine and she will phone me later dt day which was still middle of December 2015,even now its January 2016 nothing has happened.
