My name is Mr S.G Matumba I've a complaint or preview about beares in standerton Attached is the copy of my contract of purchase So on Saturday I've noticed that my refrigerator was no longer getting cold so I had to call in the branch to log a complaint with I was helped by Mr Mo***eng who helped to log a complaint but then was told the technician will be intouch but his not sure by when, I didn't feel I'm getting the help I need as ive insurance for the products so I emailed their headoffice on Sunday afternoon (see attached) but till today no response Today afternoon I decided to call again in the branch to find out how far they are but I was again told that the matter is at the technician and they telling him(Mr Mo***eng) that the technician have backlog they not sure
