More than a year and still no answer/Feedback

Posted this a year ago and still after several calls still not resolved?<br> I have nought a new Sealy bed early in 2013 at Beares Gezina and for the last two months I have contact the store 3 times to complain about the bed, the first time I spoke to the sales lady who said she will phone me back the Monday but after 2 weeks of no response I contacted the store again spoke to the store manager who just transferred me to sales lady who promised she will log a call with the supplier and come back to me. Two weeks ago I phoned again and not the store manager or saleslady was in the store and the lady I spoke to said she will give both of them a message to phone me. I have been a loyal supporter at that store spending over 100k the last 3 years in that store but this will be the last time I will buy from there as I issues with all previous purchases. My fridge I had to collect in Brits myself, the wall unit and bed set I eventually settled for the display units as the new ones look worse than the display even with all marks and scratches still don't have my TV remote. I can live with the scratches and no remote as I have done so for the last 2 years or so but I am getting super frustrat
