MISLEADING OF CUSTOMERS

I bought a Rembrandt 3 pierce motion lounge suite in May 2016, the first installment was due July 2016 and the account was paid off last year June/July. Last year i started experiencing problems with the springs of the sofas, i went to the Mabopane branch where i bought the sofas. One of the sales persons told me that will send someone to come and look at the sofas - i waited for them and they never came, i continued to follow up with them and i was always told that someone will come through. i eventually decided to go to the branch, when i got there to complain, one of the sales persons told me that the person that sold the sofas to me no longer works there and that she should have told me that there are problems with the sofas. They then sent someone to have a look, the sofas were taken on 2 occasions and their repair work was to remove the springs in the sofas and replace them with a sponge, which was not told about beforehand. After that, another sofa started with the same problem and this time, the sofas started to peel as well. When i bought the sofas, i was told that the sofas were made of genuine leather. Still after that, no one ca i then decided to contact Head office on 19/2 - *** and i spoke to Kumbu who then said the matter will be into. Then on 7/3, i received a call from their agents by the name of Victor - he said he was instructed by Beares to come and collect the sofas to fix them - he "advised" me to pay R10 000 and R2 000 will be paid by the shop to fix and spring and cover the sofas with genuine leather. This problem has been going on from last and they are delaying to solve the matter so that the 3 year warranty expires and i will be left to deal with the problem by myself. Beares must pay the full costs to repair/replace or refund me the money that i paid.
