Lounge suit

We bought a princton 3pce recliner lounge suit from at a Bears branch that closed down few months after we baught it. Problem is its broken and the material is cracking. Its now 2yrs old. Contacted the new branch but they refused to help us. We did everything they told us to do but still no help. You are our last option at this point.
