Loading more on account that is purchased and wrong info on ITC report

<p>I bought furniture from Beares Gezina (Pretoria) last year and I have been paying my monthly installment each month without receiving a statement. When requesting and receiving a statement earlier this year, they sent me a layout of my account. There are about eight items loaded on my account of which I bought only three as per my quote and agreement.</p> <p>My ITC report shows that I have two accounts with Beares (Lewis Group) and the installment is not correct. I did contact Beares which is now in Silverton and I also contacted the Lewis Group which is the Head Office but they referred me back to Beares. I cannot seem to get any help</p>
