Lewis group is the worst

I bought a washing machine and stove which the stove was a gift for my grandmother but apon delivery my grandmother didn't like the make of the stove so I had to return it this was in June 2024 at Beares Krugersdorp. This messed up my profile so so bad on credit bureau it shows that I have 2 account with them and I owe them R34999 and my instalment is R3499 which it is incorrect I've called Lewis head office numerous times they telling me they've update on credit bureau but when I check it is still appearing even till this day. I regret ever going to Beares store they are so ***********.
