Kitchen Unit falling apart after 6 months of purchase

Very very very unpleasant. The kitchen unit I purchased in June 2024 is falling apart. Every day I get told that the unit will be replaced but till today I'm still waiting. I don't know who to complain to anymore because if Head Office does not take my complaint seriously who will
