insurance claim against my ****** Panasonic home theatre was not paid our yet approved

<p>Hi </p> <p>In 2007 I opened account with the furniture shop Beares West Street Durban branch I was residing at P878 umlazi towship ,in 2009 went inform the store that will move to a new place called Amatikwe in Nanda in Durban, after 7 months have relocated they broke in while was at work they stole my home theathre went to Beares inform them was advised to bring an affidavit for the insurance claim and was told I'm going to get my Pasonic Home theatre back. Went to Mtshebheni police station and police came to check the house break it was then confirmed as valid House break and was given affidavit , app**** for insurance claim was approved , then was told by my sales lady and Manager her surname Govender/Pillay they will not give me my hometheatre because was in er rears , to my surprise my er rears were far less than the value of the home theatre , lodge complaint in the same store was never resolved called Cape Town contact centre they said they invistgate until today , secondly when lost my job they came again repossed my fridge was asked to pay for few months instalments to prevent my name to being taken to credit bureau. </p> <p> </p> <p>I wrote to NCR never receive feedback , been in and out same store until I gave up, I feel was not treated fairly and I need my Pasonic home theatre back and reimburse the instalments that was asked to pay after the fridge was repossed. </p>
