Insurance cancellation

I bought a dining room suit from Bears and my installment include insurance with them, howevér with the option to cancell it if I bring in my valid insurance, I later discovered that their insurance was expensive and decided to cancell it, I gave them all the required document of my new insurer and also communicated with their relevant people who's dealing with such matters, I spoke to Wendy at Lewis Customer care Center because Lewis Administers Beares, on different occasions i comunicated with them via e-mail, I couldn't get any assistance for two months I then decided to take the matter to Legalwise and for a more than a month these Lewis Customer Care is giving Legalwise the runaround. I feel like returning their goods and srart afresh. I am not happy with their service.
