I want new couches.

I need help, I bought couches at bears which got damaged within 4months. I reported them in 2022 sent them pictures but the person I reported to said the manager doesn't see anything wrong. When I kept enquiring about when we're they going to come and fix these couches. I was informed that the person I reported to was no longer working there and didn't put it in the system. Thats when I reported directly to the manager in 2024 who was prolonging to help me with my complain. Now they've recently came to fetch the couches and they damaged my couches more. Now the damage is visible than before ,the couches have scratches, when you sit you sink, the plits are bigger than what they were before they took them. I want new couches because they damaged the couches I'm still paying for these couches. They've already damaged my couches beyond repair yet they're refusing to give me new couches but every month they take my money. I wouldn't advice anyone to buy anything on credit at bears because they lack customer service. I'm paying double the amount on these couches I pay insurance plus credit yet they are refusing to give me new couches when they are constantly taking money every month and doing right by me my couches are beyond repair. I even spoke to the person who was fixing the couch and his response was that for him to fix the couches to what they were it's going to cost more. Now I'm wondering it's going to be more for who because I'm paying they are covered for maintenance and/or new couches. Please assist me I want new couches.
