I want my money back

I wanted to purchase something from Beares Silverton ( Pretoria) sometime in June, but decided against it even after signing all the documents and the debit order forms. Went back to the the store and told them that ive decided against it. Was told that all is fine and that my debit order will be cancelled and no funds will be deducted from my account. End of the month comes debit order from Beares foes through. Fast forward 3 months down the line numerous visits to the store countless phone calls and emails and I have still to be refunded.
