I hate this store...be careful about this store try to but cash not installment

I hate this store everytime there is a problem with your account...they debit the money but the money you are paying is not going on your account. Since i became their client its a same hell problem. When you ask no one is giving you correct answer where is the money going too? Im cancelling this debit order thing coz thy don't know how to managed it.Guys this is my money that im paying with i worked for this money. Know I've learned that you don't like loyal client. Very unprofessional
