I bought a kitchen unit at beares Heidelberg they gave me a headache since day 1 because they did deliver the cupboard but they didnt install it for more than 4 days then after 2months it was broken I called to lay a complain they were busy saying they will come but never showed up after 2weeks I called head office that's when they went home to fix it half and then they took another part even today they haven't bought it back.. I called yesterday they didn't take my matter serious it is a bad serious I ever experience so I want them to come and fetch it coz I won't be paying for something am not happy about. Please help
