Horrible service from this shop

Beares in Boksburg has the most horrific services They debit the amount every month but they keep telling me I'm behind with the payment 😭 Some other months they debiting double EY I'm tired of this furniture shop I regret it..I even tried to sort it out with the lady called Carol in their head office but clearly nothing has been done. I REGRET TO BUY IN THIS SHOP SINCE I STARTED IM EXPERIENCING THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR FROM THEM ITS LIKE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING
