HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM BEARES (GOLDEN WALK)

To whom it may concern.

I write this review at my utter disgust at the treatment that I have been receiving from Beares Furniture Store situated at Golden Walk Mall in Germiston in the East Rand. I had purchased the bed on the 01/02/2020 to the value of R16 646.16.

Within a month, specifically on the 7th of March the mattress started developing bubbles and the mattress is ripping apart. In my attempts to remedy the situation I have informed them of the situation however have been told that the warehouse is still closed, and there's nothing they could do, secondly they told me that the people are working from home, third time I was told I was in arrears, I paid the full outstanding fee which I paid in full of R1370.00 but even with that I was still told they cant help with the exchange of the mattress, my bed is under warranty yet I'm treated like a non customer.

I find this very rude and disrespectful and required urgent resolution to this or I will request to cease this account as I can get better service elsewhere.
