Horrible sagging bed after 2 WEEKS
After just 2 weeks my Sealy Posture Premium bed has started sagging. I was having terrible back pain, and later found that I' actually sinking in this bed. I lodged a complaint through their Facebook messenger, sent emails even to the Head office and also went to the store. I had to take pictures (according to them ) sent them to the Complaints office. They have just decided to ignore all forms of communication, meanwhile I have nowhere to sleep

20 Dec 2021, 09:41The matter has been brought to your attention since Wednesday the 15th November. One has so many questions about the beds Beares furniture is selling, because Sealy mattress are supposed to be SABS approved, but looking at the number of complainants, it does not look like the ones you are selling have gone through the approval process, but instead they are doing the opposite of what they are supposed to do (support and body)!
I just hope this is not a way of buying time, and get away with this! The store is at Maseru mall, Lesotho, and this was a cash transaction. I need to know your response so that I take further action, all my errands are on hold because of this bed, let alone the fact I have nowhere to sleep.
