Hellopeter. Thank you for this platform 3 years back I bought a wardrobe from Beares at Tsakane mall it is a 3 door wardrobe, bought on account I had them deliver it at my place where I was renting. I did not see it physically as they had no stock in shop okay then it was delivered in boxes their delivery guy had to assemble it together inside my room. As he was putting it together it had cracks, scratches n chips here and there. I called the shop as I got home from work. They promised to come see n fix cause I sent pictures to show them what I wasn't happy about. Till this day there has been calls back n forth them asking me if they can come fix I'd say yes n they'll be no show. Saying they ordered the parts that I wasn't happy with. Nothing till today but they expect me to pay them still. I am so hurt and angry cause now I'm on credit bad records.
