Harassment and bad practice

I regret the day I opened an account with Beares. The service from day 1 has been shocking.

I've had a tough few months and when I asked if I can make arrangements regarding payments, I am told they can't help and demand full payment. They have harrassed me, parked outside my house and have gone as far as driving my partner to the ATM demanding he withdraws the money and hands it over. The guys name is Se****. They say we need to chat and make arrangements, but then demand money and say there is nothing they can do.

They have gone as far as to show up at my partners work place. Surely this is not legal and *********, but I should have known this would happen, especially after the way I was treated when opening the account.

I would like to make arrangements to lower my monthly installment so I can pay off the account, but all they do is show up unannounced, lurk outside the house and today they even demanded to enter the property stating they have to inspect the house. This is ******** and *******.

I will be going on debt review and will open a case at the Ombudsman for ******* practices on their part.
