Guys normalize checking this Shop if you have the account with them if the money you are goes on your account.i
Bears doesn't care about their mistakes they don't worry to fix them. Been paying by debit order every month but my account is still showing arrears till today..they added someone's account on my name they care even to fix my score because im on arears that are not true i called to fix it but still no. You guys don't like loyal clients..you messing up credit score i cant do anything. Its a pit coz this is not the 1st time doing this to me.

13 Mar 2024, 13:35You guys are lying this has not being solved even on my credit score its still shows arrears since January but you debit the money every month and this is not a 1st time even last year you did the same thing...ask Carol for the head office if did she update my credit report..stop lying.
