goods not received

i have an insurance with beares for the furniture that i have bought from them, unfortunately must house caught fire and i lost everything, they have submitted the claim and was approved last month, it almost a month a month i have not received my stuff sleeping on the floor waiting for them to deliver beares Wynberg branch cape town i have been up and down on a phone them but there is no luck.
