Good customer service
I recently had a complaint about a bed my mom bought which broke and the manager was not responding. I spoke to Carol and she has sorted this for us. My mom has a brand new bed again and this was all done within 48 hours. I want to thank Carol and Beares for the exceptional customer service and would definitely recommend my family and friends to buy from the store
