FRADULANT APPLICATION

I am highly disappointed and livid for how Management at Bt Ngebs Branch in Mtata is handling my complaint.I went in to buy two beds either on account or laybye.I was convinced to check for an account,I was there from 11am until 17:00 and left with nothing but confusion.My application was done approved and they put me on the phone for “verification” they said.5 hours later I was informed that the branch consultant made a mistake in capturing my employer details and I must go back to the consultant to recapture.I had already wasted an entire day so I advised them I no longer want to do the application.Little did I know that they were going to process the application,having told them I no longer wanted to do business with them.2 days later they deducted R888,40 from my Acc.I contacted the Agent and spoke to the manager who introduced herself as Thabisile who informed me that they will reverse my money.I have been waiting ever since.They are sending me from pillar to post and every time I follow up they ask for a bank statement.It has been 7 weeks already and I have not been reimbursed.This is *****,how do you process an application when a client specifically said they no longer want do business with you.Is it for commission purposes?
