Faulty beds

My mother has since bought two beds on the 22/09/2023 and found them faulty, she lodged a complaint and received feedback that they would look into it. They then got back to us and offered to assist with one and not both, a year later they are saying that the other one’s warranty has passed and they would not do anything about it, we’ve lodged a complaint in time and because they’ve been giving us the run around they’ve resorted to this. We’re also still waiting for them to settle the one bed they said they’ll look into and exchange.
