Ex employee of Beares George Branch 3504

I worked at beares branch 3504 George Western Cape they have terminated my employment on the 16th of september and I filled out all my paper work for my pension to be paid out to me but till this day I have heard nothing from them I have sent emails and called the Regional managers but still no response so what should I do is there someone that can help me
