Ex-Employee of Beares Furniture Lewis Group

Good day I am an ex-employee of Beares Branch 3504 George Western Cape who was suspended on the 13/08/2021 and my employment was suspended on the 16/09/2021 in the period from 24/05/2021 till 13/08/2021 I was acting manager an I worked a lot of overtime and I was not paid for the overtime I worked or take any time off due to being acting manager the public holiday 16/07/2021 I worked 6 hours overtime and they also did not pay that out only received my leave bonus end of October and since I have been suspended I have struggled to get my overtime allowance and the acting manager allowance I signed off 15.5 days leave but only received 13.5 days money in the past the company forced you to pay your telephone calls for work related matters and when you drive the company vechile after hours after when there was broken in at the branch I had to pay when I drove to the branch they held me responsible for that and the company refuses to give me my time sheets due to all my overtime submitted on the sheets they also refuse to help you when you ask for assistance on the matters above
