Don’t not buy at bears no matter how desperate you are!!!

I’m super tired and upset about this store!!!

I have complained many times directly at Bears Wynberg . I communicated with my sales lady who’s name is Pumie and also Reta who apparently is a manager. I reported a double bed that was delivered last year December. The bed springs are out and sound broken in side. The sides of the bed are strong, you would swear it’s wood trying to block springs from coming out😏.I have sent the pictures of the bed. I was promised to be called when the supplier is opened which never happened. I had to bother my self and call Bears. And when I did a follow up, I was told there’s a new person dealing with complaints who’s is Benny. The person is always unavailable upon request. I’m always told he went out and is not available. At this point I am very ****ed because when you want your money, you promise to come collect your items yet you can’t deal with your cheap beds with bad quality that you selling . I regret to make business with Bears. I will never recommend you even to my worst enemy. Your service is poor AF.
