Does not want to take return couches in cooling of period.

Good Day My mother has purchased some couches from Beares Furniture shop in Alberton. The couches was delivered on Thursday 3rd of August 2023, and upon delivery my mother realised that the couches she purchased is not the ones advertised and went to Beares offices on Friday 4th of August 2023 to inform them to come and take the couches back as she does not want it anymore, they have since not come to collect the couches and return the funds, this is frustrating because it is still in the 7 day cooling of period and we require assistance urgently. please contact on +*** Leah Smith
