Distasteful treatment from bears

I am back again with another review for Beares. I can't even begin to explain my dissatisfaction with them. They rep**** on my review and said my issue has been resolved, which I can confirm that it's a lie, nothing was resolved, they only promised to come see which never happened. It's been 3 weeks and they are ignoring me.
