Dissatisfied Customer Service.

It's been a while, since my last issues with bears-wynberg and the accounts people. I've been send notifications to use my available credit and every time I've been given the run around. My account is up to date with and extra installment paid. Yet since mid 2024 I've been trying to buy a washing machine that was on special twice. But I get offered to take the expensive items instead, when I decline I was told no credit availability for me but I got the notification I have available credit. Again I got a notification, and nobody seems to be interested in doing they jobs Customer service is pathetic for and existing client I'm not valued.

And what so funny the lady I. Charge of complaints informed me to call and ask for her if there was any issues and yet she is not available as no1 seems to knw who she is.
