Dissapointed Customer

Iam very dissapointed with Bears Mabopane since i bought 3 drawer robe last week thursday the 6 dec and they delivered tuesday even today its friday the 13 dec its not yet installed since they told me they are going to send someone to install it when i call the store they are taking me from pillar to post even the store manager she is so.useless like the staff there in her store she doesnt care about customer satisfacation what ****es me off worse is today they deducted the 1st instalment in my account they are just a useless store who they dont care about their customers ,im even thinking off taking these boxes back to the store
