Disgusted in Beares

Totally disgusted on the service received from Beares Boksburg, bought a cobalt lounge from them, the stitching started pull apart from the seating area, after numerous calls they collected the lounge for repairs, been waiting for my lounge since friday and the keep making excuses for delivery, i went on sunday to check up when is delivery taking place, and they said they will delivery the same day. I then requested to inspect the lounge that was sent in for repairs still under warranty within the 12 months, only to discover some areas where they fixed they used a blue material stitching, and it looks way off compare to the areas they didnt fix, and also notice my lounge got damage in their position where there has been now a material patch.

How can you try cover up for this???

I advise the store not to deliver this lounge as im not accepting it in that condition.

One thing is for sure I will never spend any money at Beares again.
