Disgruntled and heartbroken

I went into Beares Maseru in Lesotho and asked to lay-bye a Kelvinator 6 burner stove I saw in-store . I pushed myself to finish paying for the stove because I needed it for my baking business also for my personal use!!

I finished paying and I went to fetch the stove. To my dismay, I was told that the stove I saw has has been sold and I should wait for about 2 weeks which would be the 25th October 2021 , went in store excited to fetch the stove but I was told it was on it's not there!!! They didn't even have the audacity to inform me beforehand that I should not come!!!

As I write today, I'm still without the stove!! I called into check if it has not arrived and I was given the store manager, Tsie who arrogantly gives me excuses about the supplier and hangs the phone in my ear!!! I have absolutely no business with your supplier!! I entered into a contract with the store and not the supplier!!!
