Disappointed

Last year November I went to purchase a plasma tv from bears in calton centre as time went by I couldn't afford to pay for it so in June 2015 I paid the arrears that I had and requested for bears to cancel my acc and take back the tv as I had paid the arrears and my acc was up to date.during that period after I had cancelled the acc bears would call me and ask me when am I going to pay my acc and every time I would explain to their consultants that I cancelled the acc. June ended and bears stil had not cancelled the acc the tv was still in my house, I called them daily asking when are they collecting the goods n I was told the van went for service and as soon as it comes back they will collect the tv. I understood and they did collect the tv mid July. End of July I received a statement from bears saying my acc is in arrears and I should come n pay, I ignored it as I knew that I cancelled the acc .End of Aug received another one and I ignored that too.End of sep I received a statement saying my acc has been taken to their legal department and I will be listed on ITC. I tried calling the call centre but the phone just rings...I am very disappointed in bears.
