DEFECTIVE 4 PIECE LOUNGE SUIT

On the 19/08/2025 I was approached by a lady by the name of Sam she xhecked for me if I would qualify for credit at their store,and she came and picked me up at my house...we went she checked and I qualified with a sum of R22 000. I picked a 4piece lounge suit and they received them from George and they saw that one of the couches is a defective and they promised to change them. And they delivered on the day of delivery,after they went I saw that no man there is only 1 couch that is correct in this 4 piece,the other 3 look the same and they look old than the other 2 seater couch. I immediately told the lady,that I see Walmart u saw on the couches and you never took them back,u delivered them just as they were. And she said they are going to fix it they will take the couchedand I must go and choose another ones. First payment went through sum of R1451.19 on the 25th of October and still the couches are in my house,not yet collected. And I've been communicating with the lady throughout. She said they gonna do a website they will pick me up at home today to do a WreWrite. I've been sitting on this chair since 9 o'clock no-one has come to pick me. My name is Lusanda Kona.
