Debited twice for the past 5 months

Bears Middleburg has the most horrific service ever me and my husband we bought a Kitchen unit and bed room suit ever since November the debit order is going off twice we reported the matter but they keep on telling us about Head office eating chewing gums I mean who does that did we buy the furniture from head office. On top of that we have to drive 140 ks to and from just to collect our money who is paying for all this expenses they dont care a lady by the name of Khabo is very *********** doesn't even know the meaning of customer service. Can that Head office fix this nonsense
