Debit order vultures

I have an account with Bears and I always pay my instalments every month, I have been asking them to change my salary pay date to the 31st of every month, but they insist on debiting my account from the 25th of every month, I have asked to not debit before the 31st as it may reflect negatively on my bank statement. There is no need to assume all your customers will be paid sooner because of holidays or whatsoever reason the lady from head office gave me, we do not all work for the same employer, stop debiting my account 5 days before my pay day!
