debit order for a settled account

Purchased goods from beares in Secunda. They delivered the wrong thing to my moms I didn't complain. They delivered an old rug which was dirty they've been promising for a month to pick it up. Still haven't exchanged it. Now they debited my account for things I've already settled with them. I called 3 days ago and they said they'll reverse the debit order.. I'm still waiting. Now I am suffering subsequently for errors made by beares. Almost R3500 which they have now *******ly deducted from my account.
