Daveyton Bears furniture shop

I regret ever taking furniture from Bears furniture shop in Daveyton. The staff have zero respect for customers. i missed 2 payments due to my bank account being hacked. on the 6 November 2025 at 7am, i received a call from bears delivery man by the name Bongani Makhanya who enquired about my account. i requested that he provide me with the banking details so i can make a manual payment,he refused to give me the details saying that payment will reflect after 2 days, when i asked if i can go to the nearest branch to pay, he said their head office instructed him to collect the item i purchased and i agreed and said he can go take the item. he then got upset started telling me that he will open a ******** case against me because i am a ********. i then hangup on him and went to their website and made an arrangement so i can trigger a debit order for the area amount. 3 days later, i received a call from the agent that got me to sign the credit agreement, she started shouted at me, i explained that i made an arrangement online, she proceeded to shout asking me who asked me to make an arrangement online as my account was less than 6 month old, i told her i did not know that i couldn't make an arrange if my account is new, she insisted that i knew and i am a bad customer i must not make her a fool. i wrote to bears customer support to lodge a formal complaint, however i am being ignored, no acknowledge of receipt of my email even though i can see that my emails have been read. i tried to pay the arear amount but they refused to assist me with banking details. Bears furniture shop in Daveyton they are very disrespectful.
