Damaged goods delivered

I lodged a complain regarding the poor quality of the bed I bough from the Beares Furnishers. Instant of delivering better quality of the bed, they make it worse by delivering poorest quality bed. I am really request you to replace the bed that was delivered on Saturday (14/11/15) as it was worse than the one you delivered prevously otherwise I will make sure that you refund the money I paid. PLEASE do not bridge our contract as am loyalty custom.
