DAMAGED GOODS

I would like to lay a complaint against Beares. I have last week contacted *** and talked to a lady there. She informed me that she will send me an sms with a reference number for my complaint but as yet has not received anything. She also confirmed that she was sending an email while talking to me for someone to assist me with a complaint of which nobody as yet has contacted me. I bought a bed on my name for my parents in law. Last year I laid a complaint and in March 2015 the bed was exchanged. Now after 3 months already the bed is once again damaged. I am trying to sort this out for them but with no response from anyone. I am so dissappointed in the quality and the service of this retail group. This is unacceptable. Even my own bed had to be exhanged 4 times and the last time it took me about 7 months to get any kind of assistance. I am not walking down that road again. This is old people whose bodies cannot take a beating from bad quality. Please attend very urgently.
