Despite repeatedly bringing to their attention the fact that they're debiting my account on the wrong date and charging me unnecessary fees, they've chosen to ignore me. It's like they're deliberately trying to bleed me dry. The customer service is non-existent, and it feels like they're just taking advantage of loyal customers.
